The tension starts to build up a bit, and I couldn't seem to discard the feeling of tightness coming from inner skull.
Relax, relax. Anxiety is normal, it only becomes a problem when you cannot get rid of it despite realising its presence.
Have to sit for 6 papers in about 2 weeks time. A beta-blocker would be good? Not sure if it helps, I don't have a running heart.
