Nice cartoon isn't it? But I would replace the SHUT UP with SUGGESTIONS ONLY.
If I have to pick only one important lesson from my experience working beside Ex, that would be it. Only complain if you have a better solution. If you don't have one, then think about it and come back later. You will have my ears later in time.
