Downloaded Ipod Wizard this morning, moving a step closer towards voiding my Ipod Nano's (1st generation) warranty. What to do, I got a bit tired with white background and blue bars already. Time for a change!

Altering the iPod's firmware breaks Apple's EULA (End User License Agreement). This includes modifying, extracting and/or uploading a binary without prior permission.

Thus, changing graphics, fonts, or strings on your iPod using iPodWizard voids your warranty with Apple or any other company. These actions may also be punishable by law, at the discretion of Apple.
